Abstract:In this paper, we study affine maximal surfaces M-2 in R-4 with flat induced connection. We prove that M-2 is locally affinely equivalent to a surface with constant equiaffine normal plane if it is definite. We also give a complete classification for M-2 to be indefinite and with flat affine metric.
