Zhang Chi, female, is born in Anshan City of Liaoning province. I got my undergraduate degree of Executive Administration in Central South University in 2008, and studied Higher Education and Educational Management in Dalian University of Technology science 2009, receiving a Doctorate in Management in 2017. Financial supported by Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC), I did researches in New York University as a visiting scholar from 2012 to 2013. Since the year of 2018, I started to work in School of Marxism in Dalian university of Technology as a lecture.
I have participated 6 national and provincial level research programs and hosted 1 Central High School Basic Research Program. Until 2017, I have republished 10 Chinese academic papers in CSSCI and Core-level journals, and 3 English papers indexed by CPCI.
Now, I focus on three research fields: Powers in Ideological Work, Higher Educational Management, Ideological and Political Education.
