基于智能优化方法的插装阀液压集成块设计

Abstract:To solve the combinatorial optimization problem of outer layout and inner connection integration schemes in the design of cartridge valve blocks, the optimization mathematical model was presented by analyzing the structural features and design rules of cartridge valve blocks. An intelligent design method was proposed combining modern intelligent optimization theories with engineering design experiences. And a scheme of automatic design system was presented based on the method. The key technologies, including outer layout of valves, inner connection design of holes, channel checking, etc., were discussed and resolutions to these technical problems were provided. An engineering example was given to testify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
