Abstract:It is pointed out that the study on HMB (hydraulic manifold block) duct nets' dynamic characteristic simulation is of practical significance. Combination of Power Bond Graph method and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) method is valid in the study. Application CFD method was proposed to analyze the typical pipeline inside the channels of the HMB to obtain the local loss coefficient. Based on the local loss coefficient, a new even-sectional concentrated-parameter model using bond graphs was worked out which included kinetic friction factor. The dynamic characteristic of the duct nets was checked out by comparing the digital simulation result with the experimental result. The relationship between pressure loss of flow and pipeline's geometry structure was analyzed. It is found out that the improvements of typical structure influence on the duct nets' dynamic characteristic.
