论文名称:重型车辆液压缓速制动装置设计与分析 发表刊物:科学技术与工程 所属单位:机械工程学院 期号:21 页面范围:25-29 ISSN号:1671-1815 摘要:Aiming at the shortcomings of retarding in heavy vehicles, a hydraulic auxiliary braking device composed of hydraulic pump/motor element, accumulator and relief valve are designed.Based on the analysis of the vehicle and the braking device, the system configuration, the hydraulic diagram and the braking acceleration strategy are worked out.The vehicle transmission system and the hydraulic system model are built with AMESim software.The braking effect of different gears is analyzed.And the distribution of mechanical braking and hydraulic braking under the standard cycle conditions is studied.The experimental circuit of the hydraulic system is set up.The torque, flow, pressure and temperature parameters of the hydraulic circuit are studied.In this paper, the braking effect under different vehicle driving conditions and the response characteristics under different braking signals are obtained.It is proved that the retarded braking system can effectively enhance the torque controllability and heat dissipation capacity and can work reliably for a long time. 备注:新增回溯数据 发表时间:2022-10-09
