摘要:Removal of acid gases and moisture in raw shale gas is one basic requirement of shale gas downstream processing and utilization. Shale gas sweetening and dehydration process were simulated by software Aspen Plus v8.6 in order to provide theoretical and technical guidance for shale gas purification industry. In sweetening process, sensitivity analysis was used to analyze and optimize process parameters such as feed stage of absorbent regeneration and reflux ratio of regenerator. In dehydration process, correlation method between water content and water dew point of shale gas was proposed which provided a foundation to determine dehydration specification. Moreover, stripping gas was employed to regenerate highly concentrated absorbent and to meet high dehydration requirements for the process.
