个人简介
张乾翔，大连理工大学公共管理学院助理教授。研究方向聚焦能源经济与政策、环境治理、数字经济、产业链与供应链管理。在《中国人口·资源与环境》、Annals of Operations Research、Research in International Business and Finance等国内外学术期刊发表论文十余篇，相关研究入选ESI高被引论文，相关成果获省级哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖。主持省级社会科学基金青年项目，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目、教育部哲学社会科学研究重大课题攻关项目等。
