Abstract: 杂萘联苯共聚醚砜(PPBES)中空纤维超滤膜耐酸碱、耐高温,并有较好的机械强度,以其作为膜反应器,采用中空纤维膜法制备聚合氯化铝(PAC).实验考察了碱化度、碱液渗透速率和AlCl3溶液流速对PAC中Alb含量的影响,并对其制备条件进行了优化.以0.5 mol/L的NaOH溶液和1.25 mol/L的AlCl3溶液制备出高Alb含量的PAC,其总铝浓度为0.22 mol/L,Alb含量达81.1%.将该PAC应用于模拟染料废水处理,结果表明,其具有良好的絮凝性能,对染料废水的最高脱色率均达到96%以上.
