摘要：Frequent occurrences of marine ship oil spill accidents have brought great damage to the socio-economy and ecological environment. When an oil spill accident happens, port, tideland, shoreline and land might be polluted as oil slick is drifting constantly. This article analyzes the featuers of the four areas poll spill and the technical measures of contingency response comprehensively.
