张尧，大连理工大学经济管理学院教授、博士生导师、国家教育部新世纪优秀人才入选者，国家创新研究群体骨干成员、辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”百千万工程领军人才、辽宁省百千万人才工程“百人层次”入选者。兼任国家自然科学基金委管理科学部同行评议专家、教育部人文社会科学研究项目通讯评审专家、国家留学基金评审专家、中国博士后科学基金评审专家、中国运筹学会企业运筹分会理事、国际运作研究和管理科学学会（INFORMS）会员、国际生产与运作管理学会（POMS）会员、国际商务协会（AIB）会员。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金项目5项以及省部级科学基金项目多项。在国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文50余篇。出版学术专著3部。曾获得教育部第八届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）三等奖、辽宁省自然科学研究学术成果一等奖、沈阳市立项管理课题优秀成果一等奖等。

主要研究方向为服务运作管理、电子商务、众筹、初始货币发行（ICO），项目管理。

Zhang Yao, a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Economics and Management of Dalian University of Technology, has been selected as an outstanding talent in the new century by the Ministry of Education of China. He is also a key member of the national innovation research group, a leading talent in the "Xingliao Talent Plan" of Liaoning Province, and a selected member of the "Hundred Talents Level" of the Liaoning Province Hundred Talents Project. Serving as a peer reviewer for the Management Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a communication reviewer for the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Project of the Ministry of Education, a reviewer for the China Scholarship Council, a reviewer for the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, a member of the Enterprise Operations Research Branch of the China Operations Research Society, a member of the International Society for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS), a member of the International Production and Operations Management Society (POMS), and a member of the International Business Association (AIB). As the project leader, I have led 5 National Natural Science Foundation projects and multiple provincial and ministerial level science foundation projects. Published over 50 papers in important academic journals both domestically and internationally. Published three academic monographs. Has won the third prize of the 8th Higher Education Science Research Excellent Achievement Award (Humanities and Social Sciences) from the Ministry of Education, the first prize of Liaoning Province Natural Science Research Academic Achievement Award, and the first prize of Shenyang City Project Management Excellent Achievement Award.

My main research areas are service operation management, e-commerce, crowdfunding, ICO, project management。
