张忠，副教授，硕/博导，主要研究方向包括：综合能源系统矩阵化建模与调度、电力市场智能竞价策略与均衡分析。承担区域联合基金纵向项目子课题一项，参与纵向项目两项，承当企业课题7项，以第一/通讯作者发表中科院一区SCI论文5篇，发表SCI/EI检索论文30余篇，申请发明专利/软著10余数项。IEEE PES东北分会司库，IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid等国际期刊的常驻审稿人。
