摘要：Considering the characteristics of cold rolling line, which is with a large number of product categories and complex production flow, the continuity of whole cold rolling line is mainly considered to establish an optimal scheduling model in this study on the basis of maintaining the order due time and the inventory control. A heuristic algorithm for solving the proposed scheduling model is designed, which adopts a reasonable combination between Tabu search and simulated annealing algorithm. For verifying the proposed model and its corresponding hybrid algorithm, the practical production data coming from Shanghai Baosteel Co. Ltd., China have been employed to implement the simulations. And the experiments results show that the proposed model and algorithm obtains remarkable effectiveness.
