Abstract: This paper has investigated the online evaluation method for DVD recorder's audio signals and then, based on the virtual instrument technology, set up a system to implement DVD online audio test. The evaluation parameters are explained thoroughly, and their algorithms are illustrated as well. Finally, with the power of virtual instruments, a high-stability and high-speed DVD online measurement system has been developed and the total test time is dramatically reduced.
