摘要：As a basic unit of information replication ,meme develops in the host through imitation ,retention and evolution .Because of its feature of mutualist meme ,tea has developed into a strong meme since it spread to Europe in the 16th century , exceeding coffee and traditional drinks in the west and continuously replicating and spreading for four hundred years .From the memetic research on the tea works and poems in the west ,a meme map of tea culture can be drawn with genotype memes spreading information and phenotype culture and ideas .
