环氧化的橡胶/弹性体/热塑性树脂增韧聚乳酸的研究

Abstract:分别以环氧化聚丁二烯橡胶(EPB)、环氧化聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯热塑性弹性体(ESBS)、环氧化丁苯抗冲树脂(ESBC)为聚乳酸(PLA)的增韧剂,制备了具有超高冲击强度和优异拉伸韧性的PLA共混物,对比研究了三种增韧剂对PLA增韧的影响,并阐述了增韧剂的增韧机理.实验结果表明,分子链柔顺性最好的EPB对提高PLA冲击韧性的效果最为显著,环氧化度为20.9%的EPB用量为10%(w)时,共混物的冲击强度由纯PLA的29.9 J/m提高至384.4 J/m;兼具高弹性和可塑性的ESBS可有效改善PLA的冲击韧性和拉伸断裂韧性,环氧化度为35.8%的ESBS的用量为10%(w)时,共混物的冲击强度为198.9 J/m,断裂伸长率由纯PLA的3.5%提升至218.8%;热塑性最好的ESBC显著提高了PLA的拉伸断裂韧性和加工流动性能,环氧化度为28.8%的ESBC用量为30%(w)时,共混物的断裂伸长率高达305.0%.
