不同材料的搅拌摩擦焊接数值模拟

Abstract:采用有限元方法构建了搅拌摩擦焊接的完全热力耦合模型,通过对两种铝合金2024-T6和5083-O的厚、薄板的搅拌摩擦焊接过程的数值模拟发现由搅拌摩擦焊接所需外在有效功率和能耗的对比可以得到搅拌摩擦焊接过程中的热转换率在60%左右。在焊接厚板时,采用同样的焊接条件所需的功率较大而且焊接温度会更高,这也从另外一个侧面证明了搅拌摩擦焊接对于焊接薄板具有更为明显的优越性。焊接参数控制不当时,轴肩边缘会出现材料熔化现象。
