个人简介Personal Profile

何政,男,教授、博士生指导教师,曾任大连理工大学土木工程学院副院长(2012-2014)、院长(2014-2019)。2008年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,辽宁省百千万人才工程入选者,担任中国建筑学会数字建造学术委员会副主任委员、中国灾害防御协会城乡韧性与防灾减灾专业委员会委员、中国城市科学研究会可持续土木工程研究专业委员会委员。目前的研究兴趣集中在超高层建筑结构建模、分析与性能评定、基于性能的结构抗震设计理论与方法、装配式高层混凝土结构体系以及结构参数化建模、分析与设计等方面的研究工作,主持1项国家重点基础研究发展计划(简称973计划)课题、1项国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划集成课题、5项国家自然基金面上项目以及其他省部级项目若干项,撰写专著1部,在国内外学术期刊和国际会议上发表学术论文186篇,其中SCI检索期刊论文42篇,EI检索期刊论文38篇,申请获批4项国家发明专利。同时担任10余个国际期刊和若干国内期刊审稿人。在教育部留学基金委的资助下,先后于2004年和2009年以普通访问学者身份依次赴加拿大University of Toronto (UofT)土木工程系和美国University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign (UIUC)土木与环境工程系进修,于2015年以高级访问学者身份赴美国University of California at Berkeley (UCB)访学。在国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划集成课题资助下,开发高性能超高层建筑结构弹塑性分析程序D-SAP v2.3.2,被成功用于国内2座600米级超高层建筑倒塌全过程的模拟。
