针对环境科学中一系列分析测试的关键科学问题,围绕典型环境污染物、毒性效应物、致病菌和生物大分子的检测,开展了以功能核酸(包括适配体、脱氧核酶和适体核酶)为核心的传感检测方法和器件研究工作。
