摘要: Based on the educational idea of the outcome-based education (OBE),the experimental teaching of the vehicle body structure design is explored,and the virtual simulation software platform for the vehicle body structure design is constructed.By taking the frontal collision of the front anti-collision beam in the vehicle body structure as an example,the establishment of the virtual simulation model and the modifications of velocity parameters and thickness parameters of the energy absorbing box are introduced.The overall deformation of the front anti-collision beam is displayed,and the energy curves under different conditions are presented.Through the introduction of the virtual simulation technology into the experimental teaching,it is helpful for the students to develop their ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems.
