贾婧媛,大连理工大学光电工程与仪器科学学院讲师。2019年2月获得成均馆大学(韩国)工学博士学位,成均馆大学QS世界排名100,泰晤士报排名82. 于2019年3月正式进入大连理工大学担任讲师。目前主要研究方向包括多种二维材料的合成、制备、表征以及二维材料在光电方面应用的研究等。目前已发表SCI论文5篇(影响因子(IF)之和>30,包括学科顶级期刊ACS Nano、Chemistry of Materials、Small、Applied Physics Letters、Applied Surface Science等 。SCI论文:1. Research Focus
  • • 单层石墨烯的化学气相沉积制备方法(CVD)以及石墨烯的掺杂和打开带隙的方法。 • 基于低维度材料以及它们堆叠而成的范德华异质结和混合体系制备光电探测器、光伏器件。 • 通过等离子体技术对二维黑磷材料的表面进行处理(控制材料厚度,表面粗糙度和化学成分)以实现高性能的场效应晶体管。 • 通过化学掺杂、等离子轰击等方法对二维半导体进行改性,调节其载流子类型、浓度,器件开闭比以及载流子迁移率。 • 形成纳米粒子-二维材料异质结光电探测器,实现高灵敏度和高响应率的红外线探测器。
