    个人简介

    江诚鸣,大连理工大学机械学院纳米光电科学与技术研究所,2011协同创新中心副研究员。于美国阿拉巴马大学取得博士学位,获“国家优秀自费留学生奖”,大连理工大学“星海优青”,“辽宁省百千万人才”,“大连市青年科技之星”称号。在微纳光电与传感研究方面,取得了具有国际重要影响力的原创性和开创性研究成果。所研制的新一代高性能数字图像传感器,通过国家集成电路委员会认证,具有国际领先技术水平。美国nanowerk、环球时报、科技日报等对这一研究成果做了深入报道。该研究成果被图像传感器行业评为“2015年度十大传感器事件”。同时申请人还承担研发了新一代的光子逻辑运算芯片,及微纳谐振传感芯片等众多创新性成果,成果得到“大连海创”支持,多次参与地方媒体的报道与路演,得到社会各方的广泛关注与认可。申请人负责及参与国家自然基金面上项目、国家自然基金青年项目等7个横纵向课题,同时作为骨干参与2018国家重点研发计划等重大项目。在国内外发表SCI期刊论文多篇,作为第一或通信作者发表过论文的期刊包括《Advanced Materials》(IF=27.6),《Advanced Functional Materials》(IF=16.8),《NanoEnergy》(IF=16.4),《ACS Nano》(IF=14.5),《Nano Letters》(IF=11.3),《Small》(IF=10.8)等一系列影响因子大于10的top期刊, 其中ESI高引1篇。拥有国际国内专利多项,担任多个国际著名期刊审稿人。
