Haifen Lin, Doctor of Management, postdoctor, associate professor, doctoral supervisor, the winner of excellent doctoral dissertation of Liaoning province, was selected as "Xinghai Outstanding Young People" of Dalian University of Technology. She mainly engaged in management innovation, organizational routine and case study. She has presided two National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects, one National Social Science Foundation of China project, as well as the special funding of China postdoctoral fund and the China postdoctoral fund (first-class funding) and other projects. She has published more than 40 papers in the《Journal of Business Research》(SSCI),《Journal of Organizational Change Management》(SSCI), 《Management World》,《Scientific Research Management》and other important management journals, and 8 of them have been reproduced in full by Renmin University of China. 《Adoptive Management Innovation》and other two  monographs have been published. She won the first prize and second prize of Liaoning province natural science academic achievement award, the 6th and 9th China management case sharing international BBS excellent paper, the annual excellent paper of China institute of technology and economics, the national hundred excellent management cases and other awards.
