摘要:In this paper, we propose a speed guidance model to explore the influences of the drivers' bounded rationality on the vehicle's fuel consumption and emissions during the whole process of the vehicle passing through the signalized intersection. In the proposed speed guidance model, we apply three parameters (i.e., the response time, acceptance threshold value and execution level) to quantify the driver's bounded rationality. In the numerical tests, we use the signalized intersection (consisting of the Xinan Road and the Wuyi Road in Dalian, China) as the simulation scenario, the Vissim to describe the vehicle's movement and the MOVES (motor vehicle emission simulator) to explore the vehicle's fuel consumption and emissions. The numerical results show that the driver's bounded rationality has prominent effects on the vehicle's fuel consumption and emissions, but the impacts are directly dependent on each parameter of the driver's bounded rationality.
