个人简介

长期从事植物分子生物学、基因工程领域的研究工作,在植物非编码RNA、转录因子的发现及功能鉴定方面独树一帜,尤其是以番茄与致病疫霉为试材进行的植物微生物分子互作研究,结合大量的生物信息学预测、分析以及先进的分子生物学实验技术,取得了众多突破性的成果。陆续得到 7 项国家自然科学基金(重点及面上)项目的支持,目前正在开展的工作有“番茄抗晚疫病关键调控因子的协同免疫机制研究(执行期2023.01-2027.12)” “番茄抗病相关的miPEPs挖掘及功能研究(执行期2021.01-2024.12)”“lncRNAmiRNA协同调控番茄晚疫病的分子机制研究(执行期2019.01-2022.12)”;发表SCI收录论文 99 篇,累计有7篇被归入其学术领域中最优秀的1%之列(ESI高被引论文)。

任教三十余年,讲授过“普通生物学”“生命科学概论”“细胞生物学”“生物统计学”“植物保护学”“作物遗传育种学”等十余门各类课程;主持过多项本科生及研究生的教改项目;多次获得教学质量优良奖。

近年来指导的博士、硕士研究生有 5 人、次获得国家奖学金,有 2 人获得学业奖学金,有 12 人次被评为优秀研究生,有 1 人获得辽宁省优秀硕士学位论文,有 6 人获得大连理工大学优秀硕士学位论文;指导的本科生在进行大学生创新项目期间,多数人经过系统的训练有论文成果发表,有 1 项成果获得辽宁省生命科学创新创业大赛一等奖,先后有 2 人被保送到清华大学继续深造。目前正在指导 7 名博士生、 6 名硕士生。

研究方向

植物基因工程: 探寻、发现并克隆重要的基因;借助过表达、沉默等技术掌握基因的特性及功能;合理、有效地利用功能基因服务于农业生产和人民生活。


植物与微生物互作: 查明有害(有益)细菌、真菌、病毒等在侵染植物过程中的作用机制,为确保植物健康、快速生长奠定基础。


非编码RNA调控与功能: 鉴定植物非编码RNA,阐明其功能及作用机制;通过非编码RNA组学的研究,构建并完善相关调控网络;为揭示生命的奥秘添砖加瓦。
