Profile
I obtained my PhD in Humanities and Languages from the University of New South Wales, Australia. My research focuses on the accuracy of court interpreting, the potential impact of inaccurate interpretation on the due process, and the effectiveness of specialised legal interpreter training. I am also interested in other types of interpreter-mediated communication, especially the interface between interpreting and pragmatics.
