超软脑组织切割过程数值模拟

Abstract:脑组织试样的无损切割是脑组织力学性能精准测试的前提条件. 通过准静态拉伸、松弛实验建立脑组织的黏弹性本构.
   利用接口子程序VUMAT将脑组织的五参数黏弹性属性及等效Mises应力失效准则嵌入ABAQUS中, 进行脑组织切割过程数值模拟.
   研究了刀具与脑组织间摩擦系数、刀刃曲率半径、刀刃夹角和刀具切割速度对切入力和切入位移的影响规律. 结果表明曲率半径对切入力的影响最为显著,
   摩擦系数和刀刃夹角的影响相对较小, 切入力和切入位移随切割速度增加而减小.
   研究结果对软物质的切割过程数值模拟研究以及脑组织力学性能实验试样的微创切割具有参考价值.
