微结构光纤表面等离子激元共振传感器的研究

Abstract:Fiber optic surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensing technology is widely one of the research hotspots in optical fiber sensing field in recent years.This paper discusses the theory,operation principle and modulation methods of SPR systems and fiber optic SPR sensors.We report our investigations on optical fiber and capillary based SPR sensors,SPR image sensor,multi-channel optical fiber array SPR sensor,SPR sensor based on smart phone,and SPR sensor based on optical fiber chirped tilted grating.Then,we summarize the research progresses of microstructured fiber optic SPR sensors,analyze the major problems to be solved,and also give our prospects for their future development trend.
