Profile

School of Computer Science and Technology, Dalian University of Technology, Supervisor of Master's Candidates, Associate Professor, Doctor of Engineering.

My Research Fields include natural language processing, data mining, biomedical information processing and machine learning.

I have long focused on data mining, cross-language and cross-domain information extraction, biomedical information processing, sentimental analysis and knowledge graph. Through the theory of artificial intelligence such as deep learning and transfer learning, we strive to study and realize the mining and structured processing of massive, multi-source and heterogeneous information in the Internet.

In recent years, we have published papers in the TOP1 International Conference ACL in the field of computational linguistics, as well as in well-known journals such as IEEE Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, Database, and Journal of Biomedical Informatics.

I am willing to accept students and researchers interested in data mining, knowledge graph, biological information processing, or sentimental analysis.

1. The Research on Biomedical Entity Relation Extraction based on Knowledge Bases and Deep Learning, National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2018-2021.
2. The Research of Chinese Hedge Detection based on Translated Learning and Kernel Methods, National Natural Science Foundation of China, 2013-2016.
3. The Research on knowledge representation learning based on biomedical knowledge base, The Ministry of education of Humanities and SocialScience project, 2017-2019.
