Abstract: In aim to solve the problem of process knowledge(PK) which can't easy to be accumulated and to be shared effectively in the process of project management, in this paper we tried to apply the systems science method to analyze and manage these knowledge, then suggested a method with ameliorative multi-factor flow chart (MFFC-II) and multi-level document (MLD-II),and according to the characteristic of PK and the factual procedure of project management established a method for acquiring these PK . ?2009 IEEE.
