摘要：Reconstruction from ICT image is an important work in reverse engineering. The model reconstructed with contours extracted from ICT images is surface model, and only surface geometry information is included in it. Full geometry and topology information is included in solid model. This paper discusses the way reconstructing surface model with contours and presents a new approach to construct solid geometry model from surface model. This approach can deal with object with multi-contours or inner-contours. The way that reconstructs surface model, and then transfers to solid model can be used as a new modeling approach in 3D CAD system.
