Abstract:针对道路交通的实际情况,将车辆与混凝土护栏碰撞时车辆的入侵角视为具有一定概率分布的随机变量,提出了用于评估车辆与交通安全护栏碰撞过程中乘员风险的新概念--乘员风险期望值,并以一个优化算例简要说明了新概念对混凝土护栏安全性能评估的影响.
