Abstract:介绍了基于功能的抗震设计思想及投资-效益准则,并通过构建基于投资-效益准则的结构优化模型及算例分析,得到了基础隔震设计方案就是该优化模型最优解的结论;探讨了基于投资-效益准则的现有结构抗震加固策略,指出对于要求较高的加固目标,采用隔震加固策略更为适合.
