Abstract:In this paper, we analyze the necessity of introducing service concept into college students' professional development work and the applicability of Value Co-Creation Theory in college Students' professional development service. We choose career self-efficacy and professional identity as the co-creation value, and we professional practice and career developmental network as the two ways of interaction mode in college Students' professional development service. Furthermore, we estimate the relationships and influence paths between the variables above by SEM. ? 2017 ACM.
