Abstract: Based on the boundary value conditions of Green function and the analysis of define and particular solutions a generating function of Green function for floating structure with forward speed at finite water depth in waves is deduced and can be applied to all of cases such as deep water and zero-speed problems. Also relative numerical procedure is discussed including oscillation and increasing amplitude for integrand of Green function at special computational area.
