Abstract:The green degree evaluation method in shipbuilding process in life-cycle
   is discussed.The evaluation factors are determined and the evaluation
   models are established by using the Delphi method.Then,according to the
   analytic hierarchy process(AHP) combined with the genetic
   algorithm(GA),the sequencing weight coefficient of each factor is
   calculated.On the basis of these calculations,the green degree
   evaluation method is developed by utilizing the fuzzy comprehensive
   evaluation method,which will have a practical significance in providing
   references for improving the green degree,establishing the relevant
   principles and realizing the green shipbuilding.
