基于整体挠度的船体板成形参数预报系统

Abstract:To make up for the defect of large errors in calculation of thick and large curvature plates,prediction system for technique parameters by line heating was developed considering the whole deflection on the basis of local shrinkage.Based on the analysis of the forming characteristics and detection standards of hull plate forming,a new optimization algorithms were proposed to predict the technical parameters for curved hull plate considering the whole deflection.The functional framework of the prediction system was put forward.With simple and direct visual user interface,the system can be used to predict the forming parameters quickly.The prediction system was verified in hull plate forming for a container ship,and the result showed that the reasonable and reliable technique parameters were provided and the forming efficiency was also improved.The research results lay a foundation for the parameters prediction of reforming by using the detection data directly. © 2018, Editorial Board of Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
