Abstract:Aiming at the joint operation of water transfer-supply for the reservoir in intake area in inter-ba-sin water transfer project, a multi-object operation model has been established on the basis of the maxi-mum water supply and the highest efficiency for diversion. The model is resolved into two single-objective operation models, and then the joint operation chart and its operation rule for water transfer-supply are as-certained by using long series simulation and optimization. Based on the planning of diversion project, the proposed model approaches were used to research the related issues about water transfer-supply for Biliuhe reservoir. The case study shows that after the optimal operation, it could improve the diversion efficiency and increase the comprehensive benefits of the reservoir in intake area.
