羰基铁与炭黑共混制备吸波涂层的研究

Abstract:以聚氨酯(PU)清漆为基体,制备了以羰基铁(CIP)和炭黑(CB)为吸收剂的微波吸收涂层.在8~18 GHz频率范围内,使用弓形法测量其反射损耗,分析了涂层的阻抗匹配情况,并采用不同吸收剂共混来提高吸波性能.所制备的涂层中,成分质量比(CB:CIP:PU)为0.1:3:1,厚度为1.1 mm,有效反射损耗(优于-4 dB)的频宽达到了4.3 GHz(12.1~16.4 GHz).
