纤维缠绕复合材料气瓶内衬的屈曲分析

Abstract:To investigate the buckling stress of filament wound composite inside lining, the liner buckling analysis of composite overwrapped pressure vessel ( COPV) was studied by establishing a finite element model with numerical simulation method by ANSYS. The buckling modes from one to ten orders of the liner were simulated with the eigenvalue method. As shown in the stress?displacement curve with the method of nonlinear stability, the liner critical external pressure was calculated. The results show that the calculated critical buckling external pressure 0.199 MPa agrees with COPV experimental external pressure, which confirms the reliability of the liner buckling analysis of COPV.
