喷丸强化与涂层复合表面处理改善Ti-6Al-4V钛合金抗微动磨损性能

Abstract: 研究原始态、喷丸、“喷丸+CuNiIn涂层”复合处理等3种Ti-6Al-4V钛合金在完全滑移状态下的微动磨损行为。研究结果表明,单独喷丸处理不能改善钛合金抗微动磨损性能,但有利于细小磨屑和压实区组成的第三体早期形成,进入稳定磨损状态。“干喷+涂层”的复合处理磨损体积减小,磨痕表面大量细小磨屑的堆积形成了第三体层,改善了Ti-6Al-4V钛合金的抗微动磨损性能。
