Abstract: 历史文化街区保护是城市发展建设的内涵,科学的历史文化街区保护需要有明晰的思路作为依据.本文以提高我国历史文化街区保护水平为目标,通过分析国外典型国家历史文化街区保护特征,确定法律基础、政府角色、公众参与、规划工具和财政保障是重要的保护因子.在此基础上,对比分析美国、法国和中国历史文化街区保护因子的成功经验和发展趋势,提出中国历史文化街区保护的发展方向.
