Abstract:利用Fluent软件模拟气流式雾化喷嘴的喷雾,计算了不同的入口条件下,喷嘴喷雾的液体雾化粒径;讨论了不同的液体和气体压力以及它们的比值对喷雾效果的影响;模拟结果与实验数值吻合很好.分析结果表明,液体压力的增大不利于雾化,而随着气体压力的增大雾化效果改善显著,但是气液压力比满足一定的匹配数值才能保证良好的雾化效果.
