Abstract:以大连市热电集团有限公司香海热电厂2台220 t/h CFB锅炉的滚筒式冷渣器为例,分析了原螺旋水冷式冷渣器运行中存在的各种弊病,详细介绍了滚筒式冷渣器在冷态和热态条件下的试验情况,并对试验数据进行分析,研究了多管式滚筒冷渣器在冷态及热态条件下的各种工况特性,得出了一些规律性的结论.
