Abstract:利用Fluent商业软件对空气雾化喷嘴的喷雾场进行了模拟求解,讨论了喷嘴的结构对雾化效果的影响,并分析了喷嘴出口下游截面雾化粒径的分布情况.得出的结论表明喷嘴结构是影响雾化质量的重要因素之一,并且喷嘴下游截面粒径分布基本呈轴对称增大的趋势.
