Abstract: 针对影响高压无缝气瓶安全的凹底结构,提出一种新型多心凹底气瓶底型,运用正交设计并结合有限元分析的方法,得到一组应力集中系数小、应力满足GB 5099要求的多心凹底底型设计参数.基于正交设计方法的结论,从实际加工难易和直立使用安全的角度出发,考察多心凹底底型中过渡段金属的增量和气瓶底部与地面的接触圆直径,对多心凹底无缝气瓶底型进一步优化,得到一组适应性较好、加工可行性较高的底型设计参数.
