Abstract:  本文基于商业有限元软件MSC.Marc和GCr 15轴承钢奥氏体晶粒演化模型,建立了GCr15钢棒材热往复轧制过程的三维多场耦合有限元模型,准确地模拟了GCr15轴承钢340mm×260mm坯至φ150mm的9道次热往复轧制过程的奥氏体晶粒尺寸的分布和演变.为验证模拟结果的准确性,采集实际生产过程的温度和微观组织结果,并与数值模拟结果进行了对比,二者吻合较好.
