冷却油腔应用纳米流体强化活塞传热的数值模拟

Abstract:Using high efficient heat transfer fluids can effectively improve the cooling performance of the piston in gallery.So diamond and Cu nanoparticles (50 nm)were added into the engine oil to prepare the cooling nanofluids used as the cooling medium for piston cooling gallery.Based on the liquid-solid coupled thermodynamic method,the numerical simulation was carried out to investigate the influence of the cooling nanofluids on the heat transfer.The result shows that the temperature of piston can be reduced by using nanofluids with the volume fractions of 1%,2%and 3%.The cooling performance of diamond nanofluids is revealed better than that of the Cu ones.
