内燃机鼻梁区内过冷沸腾两相流研究

Abstract:In order to perform quantitative research on the heat transfer process
   of subcooled boiling inside cooling water cavity of engines,the current
   paper conducted a series of numerical simulations base on the experiment
   of subcooled boiling within a channel.The Eulerian multiphase model was
   employed and confirmed.Several wall temperature
   ranges(<400K,400K,>400K)were discussed and the application condition of
   optimal boiling model was also obtained.By comparing the Eulerian
   multiphase model,the mixture multiphase model and the single-phase
   model,its concluded that the Eulerian multiphase model possesses a
   higher accuracy.In most cases,the average errors are less than 10%and
   the local errors are no more than 3%,compared with the experimental
   data.Its indicated that the turbulent dispersion force plays an
   essential role in the numerical simulation of forced convection of the
   subcooled boiling.
