Abstract:This paper reviews the relevant literature of foreign ownership and its impact on listed companies in emerging markets. Based on foreign ownership, and taking into account of corporate performance, financial information and payout policy, we analyze the impact of foreign investors on corporate governance respectively. The paper aims to provide a reference for theoretical research and practical management on foreign investors.
