基于机床刚度的滑轨联接面性能分析

Abstract: 采用有限元法对平床身数控车床进行了静态性能计算.基于位移场结果,对比分析了矩形滑轨和燕尾形滑轨的位移特性,研究了滑轨联接面静态性能与机床刚度的关系.考察了两种截面构型滑轨的接触面分布规律,统计出其有效接触面百分比.结果表明,燕尾形滑轨机床X/Y向刚度均高于矩形滑轨.矩形滑轨有效接触面积百分比为45.9%,燕尾形滑轨为15.6%,矩形滑轨的载荷分布比燕尾形滑轨要均匀.
